The platform collects the child's name, class, school name, parent/guardian mobile number, a hashed account PIN, parental consent timestamp, challenge attempts, scores and certificate records. Do not enter unnecessary or sensitive information.
Information is used to register the participant, provide child account access, run the challenge, record results, issue and retrieve certificates, prevent duplicate accounts and administer the event.
A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and consent. The parent should keep the Child ID and PIN private. Contact the event organiser for correction, account recovery, deletion requests or questions.
We do not promise that information is never shared. Hosting/database providers may process it to operate the website, and authorised event administrators may access it for event administration. Certificate sharing is initiated by the user; this website does not silently send WhatsApp messages.
Access should be restricted to authorised staff. The organiser should define a retention/deletion schedule, maintain backups securely, protect the hosting account and review applicable child-data obligations before public launch.
